The College is a constituent of Nirmala Charitable Trust, Thalacode, founded by late Very Rev. O.C. Kuriakose Kor-Episcopa and is managed by Nirmala Corporate Educational Agency. The agency is currently running a High School, Higher Secondary School, an Arts & Science College besides this training college. The first educational institution, St. Mary’s LP School at Thalacode was started in 1956.
