The
teacher is the most important element
in any educational programme. It is
the teacher who is mainly responsible
for implementation of the educational
process at any stage. No amount of
investment in upgrading the physical
and educational facilities can improve
education unless there are adequate
number of well qualified and trained
teachers.
The
quality of teachers depends to a large
extent on the quality of the teacher
education received by them. We, at
Nirmala Training College, have adopted
quality in teaching as our motto.
Because quality rather than quantity
is to be aimed at by teacher training
institutions.
The
